There are many fun colors and prints of wraps that you can wear. African print wraps are quite popular. In Ghana a popular trend is to wear kente print head wraps, this trend has traveled all around the world and you now see many in America wearing kente cloth. Not only are tribal prints popular but solid colors can be worn as well. You can get even more creative with your head wrap by using floral prints, jeans prints, lace or even furry print for a BOLD look.

Do not be afraid to use unconventional items to wrap your head or to wrap your head in unconventional ways. Items such as dresses, tops, silk night gowns, old clothing etc can be used as head wraps. Not only are there so many fun colors and prints for head wraps but there are so many ways in which one can wear them. You can choose to cover your whole head or leave some of your lovely locs out. You can wrap your head very LARGE like many women in Nigeria do at their cultural weddings or use a head wrap as a simple fix on a bad hair day.
