Looking for the perfect type of unique pattern, why not choose fruit? Fruit patterned clothing allows you to be fruitful both inside and out. Fruit patterns are a funky type of pattern that can look both very vintage and very modern. Lately fruit patterns have been on everything from leggings, tshirts and even on our favorite item, skirts.

We want women to not only look healthy but to feel healthy. Looking good externally is just as important as looking good internally. Fruits are a great source of vitamins, minerals and energy. Start your day off with some fruit as brain food for your day.

Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Stripy multi-fruit smoothie
SERVES: 1
PREP TIME: 7 mins

2 ripe kiwi fruit (peeled)
Dash water
1 ripe banana (peeled)
75ml (2floz) apple juice
100g (3oz) frozen berries (or fresh)

METHOD:
1. Add the peeled kiwi fruit to a large jug (or the jug/bowl of your blender) with a dash of water and blend until smooth, then pour into a glass.

2. Add the peeled banana and apple juice to the jug (no need to rinse) and blend. Carefully pour over the back of a spoon into the glass, on top of the kiwi.

3. Next blend the berries and pour them over a spoon so they rest on top of the banana.
